Privacy Policy

Who we are

AttendFlow is a Zoom App focused on attendance operations and exportable meeting records.

Data we process

  • Meeting operational data such as participant display names, participant identifiers, state changes, timestamps, and session identifiers.
  • Operator-managed configuration such as roster names, aliases, and meeting profile settings.
  • Short-lived install-flow technical records required for Zoom OAuth handoff.

Why we process data

  • Operate live attendance workflows inside Zoom meetings.
  • Support reconciliation, reporting, and archival workflows.
  • Enable export and import of attendance records.
  • Complete installation and launch handoff from web to Zoom client.

Storage and retention

  • Primary operational storage is local browser/client storage (IndexedDB via Dexie).
  • Some feature-specific values may be stored in localStorage.
  • Attendance data is not stored as an online account database by AttendFlow.
  • Export delivery may use temporary Cloudflare Worker plus Workers KV links with short TTL.
  • OAuth install state is transient and removed after successful handoff.

Retention is primarily workflow-driven by the operator unless explicitly cleaned up through app or storage controls.

Third-party services

  • Zoom platform APIs (OAuth and Zoom App APIs).
  • Firebase hosting and serverless backend services.
  • Cloudflare Workers and Workers KV for temporary file delivery.

Security measures

  • HTTPS and TLS for network transport.
  • Server-side OAuth code exchange with PKCE and state validation.
  • Environment-variable based secret handling.
  • Automated repository checks such as static scanning and dependency audits.

Data sharing

AttendFlow does not sell personal data. Data is processed only to provide app functionality and required service operations.

Your choices

You can manage local operational data through app workflows and by clearing local storage on your device. Exported files are under operator control.
