When contacting support
Include your organization name, meeting date/time, timezone, and a short description of what happened. If available, attach exported records or screenshots to speed up triage.
Response expectations
Support is provided on a best-effort basis by the app maintainer. A reply is usually sent within a few business days, but timing can vary based on current workload and issue complexity.
If your meeting is time-sensitive, include your meeting schedule and impact details so it can be triaged more effectively.
